Help creating a rule to cancel automation depending on day of the week

I work Wednesday - Saturday and have a NFC tag next to my bed to turn on Sleep focus, set my alarm, turn down brightness, and tell me goodnight.
I’m wanting it to say “It’s your weekend, don’t worry about it!” But only on Sunday’s and Monday’s. Any ideas?? Is this even possible?
