Adjust for time difference

I have a shortcut that runs every morning to text my housemates good morning, provide weather and a joke.
I include the sunset time here, except Iām currently in Australia and they are in the UK. And the sunset time, which pulls from the weather condition of our home town, is in MY local time.
Any ideas how I can modify the time to display UK time?
