Text someone when I click a button in an app

I have a meditation app which has a timer in it for when I'm meditating. I would like it to automatically text someone when I click the button to start the timer. In addition, I'd like it to send another message when the in-app timer finishes.

I can't use the built in alarm automations because this app has special settings for meditating, and it also tracks my meditation.

I also can't just have it send a message when I open the app because I don't always start meditating when I open the app. I mean I can, but it won't be as accurate.

Edit: I'm jailbroken on iOS 14.4, does that make a difference?
