I'm very much a newbie when it comes to Shortcuts so I've started simple... When I open a particular app I want to mark an activity complete in Streaks. Headspace, for example, and record that I 'meditated' - whatever, you get the idea.

It worked intermittently when I first set it up but now I get the message every time "Opened Headspace. Running your automation." and then "When Headspace is opened encountered an error. Could not complete...". Happens with every app I try. I tried adding 'Wait' for one or two seconds. No difference.

What does work is if I immediately close Headspace and then open it again. Then the Shortcut completes no problem. Weird.

It seems such a simple Shortcut, but why can I not get it to work??
