Withhold number on work focus

New to shortcuts and loving some of the stuff you’re doing.
I’m trying to learn.
But was wondering if it’d be able to run a shortcut to withhold my mobile number when in work focus? As I use my personal number for work and don’t want patients having my mobile number
I know I’d be able to run an automation when work focus is on, just trying to work out if I can automate withholding my number when in work focus
