Just curious what other people's experiences and thoughts on this are.

I'm 5'4 and 26yo male. I also look really young. I have always had trouble socializing due to anxiety but I was thinking about this last night. Seeing guys around my age they look so much older and they feel like almost like a different species, like they are some giant elves or orcs and im a hobbit.

Frequently going out places people think I'm just someone's little brother or some teenager randomly with a group of adults and they don't really acknowledge me or treat me in the same way.

I dont know, I've just started to wonder what effect this has on how I see myself and my ability to relate to others
