I am a 5’3” 25M and have been bellyaching for years how there’s no clothes (specifically pants) that fit me right. I didn’t even entertain the idea of shopping in the kids section. I thought it was a joke, i thought it would be embarrassing, i thought it would make me look childish. None of those things are true! They’re just normal clothes that are smaller!
I tried on a ‘kids’ 14 and a ‘kids’ 16 pants. Holy shit. They look fantastic on me. I finally don’t have to roll my pant legs up. I finally don’t look like i have a flat, saggy butt. I was worried they’d look childlike but they don’t. If anything, they make me look MORE masculine and attractive because of the way they fit and shape my body.
I was seriously elated after trying them on. I couldn’t believe it. I like to think I’ve always looked good but now my fashion is on a whole new level. Do it. Shop in the kids section before spending money on a tailor.
And if you’re wondering if it’s embarrassing, it’s not. There were parents around my age shopping for their children right next to me, they didn’t give me a second glance (and honestly, even if they did, who cares?). There is nothing embarrassing about shopping for the clothes that fit you.
They’re also considerably cheaper. Do it. Put your pride aside. Be confident in yourself.
Well I will def be looking in hot topic, thank you!
Disagree, I have a fit build myself, just go a size higher if you need. But I also like tight clothing/skinny jeans but if that’s uncomfortable to you I get that.

That is amazing. I have to go suit shopping next. So many benefits to being short.
