The only way they are going to listen is if the reviews plummet because that is how they get new players and cash into the game. Go to wherever you got the game, leave a bad review saying you'll change it after T11 is fixed.
They will move then.

I hate t11 too. But Remember that Google or Apple may look at a huge rush of 1 star reviews to be brigading and remove them. I’ve seen it happen with other apps before.
