I no longer feel joy when my parcels arrive

I feel a pit in my stomach and anxiety when my parcels arrive. I buy all these nice things like beauty products and clothing but rarely use then and have clothes with tags on in the wardrobe.
I went on a binge recently and have a bunch of shein clothes coming through and it just makes me anxious, on where to put it, how much I spent, the judgement because shein is unethical and I could have spent my money better.
