I have been hunting for days, and talking to numerous App development teams, and cannot find a App solution (trying to avoid a custom app) for my clients needs.

We need to be able to overcome the 100 Variant SKU limit. We will still fall within the native 3 Options but need to have over 100 individual "childs" within the "parent". OVer 500 "parents" with over 100 "childs".

We ALSO need to be able to upload all the data via CSV. This is the aspect that is creating problems. We can find solutions that allow us to manage the products within the Apps UI, but does not support uploading the product data via CSV to create and update.
