Team member got my store taken down

One of my team members got my store taken down and I know it was an inside job but have to prove how he did it.
There is a police investigation and solictors involved, but has anyone got any idea how he could’ve done it?
My store just disappeared offline and it got moved to the inactive section in my shopify. I didn’t get any notice or anything from shopify.
The only update i’ve got from them so far is that my store was closed “due to unusual activity”
