Hello guys, I am in a verge of giving up. My Dev is ghosting me. By any chance, would there be someone who can help me fix the API APP integration that my previous dev did. As we are already on the last phase of testing. What I need is a documentation and a loom video how how the webhooks should work.
Details are as follows:

DRAFT ORDER API

* If they entered it in DRAFT, they are receiving an abandon flow email - where it should be NOT.

*On the other hand, once fulfilled, PLACED ORDER SHOULD BE TRIGGERED

* THis is why API is needed

*Because inside the dev app to create, there's limitation sometimes.

Nov 28 communication from Dev:

* Code was connected and test has been running in their LIVE

* Draft orders are coming in but there was a "202 response" in Klaviyo. Monitoring is needed.

* It means klaviyo is accepting new orders, but it is not processing so waiting to be seen or not

* No more code is needed, just need more time for monitoring

* in LOOM video, there were changes/ updates that needs to be done in the client's end flow once operational

* If you want to see the sample change, go to KLAVIYO> FLOWS > DRAFT ORDERS - MSE Supplies Abandoned Cart

* You will see the changes in triggers

CLIENT:
*Need docs and vice versa
* When in draft, there should be NO TRIGGER FOR ABANDON FLOWS
*When FULFILL they should be able to receive emails because its fulfilled as place order
NOV 30 - MSE Draft Orders - Klaviyo Integration PDF was sent

According to Dev, there is a delay on the metric, like a 12 hours delay because its an API BASE not an APP Integration.

Dev saif that he will try to shorten the delay.

CLIENT: DEC 6

Client is asking if he will use the 2 api's

He asked to check MSE23H33609V

This is the reference test, he wants to track if the test run is working properly

Dec 9

Client: They said they made a test email

But Ryan was able to receive a PLACE ORDER which should not be the case because it is still on draft.

Dec 2 he got the email

There should be no email because its on DRAFT

IT SHOULD TRIGGER EMAIL ONLY WHEN FULFILLED

Is there someone out there who has a better idea on what's going on when the dev left me hanging for 10 days now. Please feel free to connect. And I will appreciate anyone who could help me get through this.
