Since human exhale CO2, how many humans would we have to kill to stop climate change?
Post Body

I was watching the movie Breathless on the Turner Classic Movies tv channel when it occurred to me - Humans, when breathing, exhale CO2, a gas implicated in climate change! There are 7.3 billion people on Earth - we're exhaling tons and tons of CO2!

Then another flash of inspiration hit me: to stop climate change, we should stop people from exhaling CO2!

Since no known technology can change the chemistry of our lungs, the only practical solution is to kill humans until CO2 emissions are back to a pre-industrial level.

How many humans would need to die?
