I am the the ceo of a company and we made this awesome airplane called the... well nevermind that but it is super cool cause we designed it so that the we don't have to make any new training videos cause everything just works perfectly. Well some stupid pilots crashed one or two cause they don't have the reflexes of a world champion ping pong player (what doofuses) and a door kind of fell off of another one but this isn't my fault!

How do I get the government off my back and make everyone realize that people need to accept minor things like doors detaching mid flight and pilots being too slow to stop the computer from launching the plane nose first into the ground?
