I'm sure that this question is completely new and original. It's not like /r/skyrim gets questions about the Dwemer a lot, so I'm sure that this question will create completely new discussion.

I've heard of a character named Vivec before, is is possible that he achieved CHIM and made the Dwemer vanish so that they could start a new religion of reason and logic away from the fUNDIES of Tamriel? It's just a guess, but my friend who's played every Elder Scrolls since Arena says that I really know my lore, so maybe it has some merit?

Maybe Vivec escaped death and will use the same CHIM to bring the Dwemer back to Tamriel so that they can spread their reason and logic.

Here's something I found from a journal in a Dwemer ruin in Skyrim that proves my point:

"In this moment, I am euphoric. Not because of any phony god's blessing, but because I am enlightened by my own intelligence."

Analysis and constructive criticism would be appreciated. I know my lore, so I don't expect a lot to be wrong with my theory.
