I currently work the graveyard shift, so my morning starts around noon, at which time I drink a cup of coffee and go for a walk, which always gets the bowels moving within an hour or so.
Starting in 2 weeks, my schedule will be completely changing and I will have to start waking up about 5am, usually the time I go to bed. It's going to royally suck for a while, but I'm mostly concerned with being able to shit before going to work, which would be about 7am. I'm not sure my body will ve ready for the change. Any tips?
Also, I take probiotics and metamucil daily, before going to bed, which seems to make everything pretty regular.
