Hello, I’ve been dealing with multiple issues since moving into my shit rental 3 years ago.

The main one I want to discuss is the master bedroom AC which has never functioned correctly. Have dealt with multiple attendances buy unqualified “technicians” stating they fixed it, when all they’ve done is given it a very poor coil clean.

I finally put my foot down and got an attendance by the company I work for who have licensed refrigeration specialists, they found a fault that cannot be repaired due to age of the unit and no availability of spare parts.

Unit has been written off and there have been no attendances since.

Today, I received an email from my realestate stating that all repairs had been completed and that the unit is fully operational. Which is a blatant lie. Can I do anything about this?! Getting a bit over it. Just want to sleep without sweating. I’m paying for a property feature and I want to be able to use it

Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
