Just need to rant

This week was first week using alio. It already showed me behind and sent me text msg every day and emails. I have a gov agency pay a part of my rent in a subsidy directly to Ray white which apparently doesn't show up for 7days. So I will always be behind even through I'm not.

Then I quickly paid what it said I owed not realising. But you have to read the fine print to get the fee free. I just went direct deposit. So I paid not realising that they put the service fee on top after you pay. So it said I was paying 608 but actually took 608.70. I only transfered into that account the 608. So yesterday the rent was declined due to overdraft. I have an overdraft limit so no idea why 70cent didn't go through. I didnt know till today and of course direct debit came out that i usually let go into overdraft. So now I am 100short and then I went and transferrd. An hour later I checked my account as I get a payment today from a job I do. Thinking ut had gone in I went shopping for some food. I just remembered they don't take payment straight away so I've spent more of the rent. Hopefully the payment goes in before they decline me.

NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN AN ISSUE IF I COULD JUST DEPOSIT FROM MY BANK WHEN I WANT INTO THERE ACCOUNT. NEVer had an issue before and now it's a whole drama that I have to fix.
