Howdy SO I am in a pretty nasty back and fourth with my previous real estate from Melbourne. Half way through they served me an illegal eviction which went to VCAT, they obviously said there was no standing to it etc etc and I won but its literally been a never ending nightmare BUT upon me ending my lease last year they tried to serve me with breaches for malicious damages (I went through DV which they knew and my ex caused the damage) now everything was repaired as they requested and I’m still waiting for a second VcAT date against them but is there anyway for me to check if I’m on like a list because of the breaches or if there’s a way to check if these are legit breaches considering they’ve alrady falsified documents in the past
