Post Body

Currently renting a shitty, mouldy, run down old house for $460 a week. Rent was raised 6 months ago. Received our new lease, with another increase to $480. I kindly informed our agent of the law which states rent can only be increased once in a 12 month period. She admitted she fucked up and would send a new lease with the old amount. Instead she sent a Notice to Leave. At this point we want to move out anyway but what absolute grub behaviour. I’m wondering if I should report it or if it’s useless doing so since we’re leaving anyway?
