Anyone know what the cheapest way to send bulk international letters would be ( I would be sending around 800-1000 letters from the US to China)? I can’t imagine USPS forever stamps being the cheapest, would FedEx FIMS work? Or is there a service through USPS (ISAL, or M-Bag to a China Post processing center that would work?
