i havenāt posted here in over a year but im trying to get back into shifting.
i always wondered is there a specific trigger people use or think about when shifting. people always say shifting is as easy as blinking or breathing but thatās something we physically control.
like to blink i move muscles that cause my eyes to close or breathing i control the contractions of my lungs. is there something like that for shifting?
i would assume an answer would be a shifting method but since methods arent the only way to shift, iām curious on what others think of this.
maybe iām taking the āas easy as breathingā thing too literally.
