Why is quantum jumping accepted in the spiritual community and not reality shifting?

So basically the title. I just find it out that quantum jumpers will diss on shifters even though shifting and quantum jumping are the same thing. Also, how they thing think you can jump to another reality but only “realistic” ones. Like if they think the multiverse exists, in which there is an endless amount of realities, why wouldn’t there be a Harry Potter or anime one?
