"Being Erica"
The premise is that during therapy, Erica shares all her regrets with her magic therapist and ends up going back in time to do things differently. When I 1st watched it, I thought it was an interesting psychological metaphor, but now I see it relating much more to shifting. I don't want to give away any more as I think the journey of seeing all the different angles the show present is very interesting.
We don't go back in time to shift, obviously, but we can shift to a similar reality and play out the events differently in another timeline - where we already made a different decision. (Fits both shifting theories). The experiences and healing still happen for your consciousness.
Hope watching this motivates you 🙏🏻💙
