think about the future

i havent shifted yet but i realized that something thats holding me back is that with every failed attempt i just focus on the present. i focus on the fact that i didnt shift in that moment but whats helped me find that excitement about shifting again is telling myself that even tho i didnt shift tonight it will happen at some point and that my future involves me in my dr. iām not there yet but im going to be and thats what matters!! i know all of you struggling like me will be too :)
