Wondering if anyone has ever produced a definitive scene-by-scene (or close to) timeline of how the tie-in episodes fit into Winter Soldier.
I'm actually attempting to (sloppily) edit them all together into a movie (so far it's over 3 hours long heh), trying to shave off conversations and scenes that aren't truly necessary to the plot for time's sake. Just thought I'd post my own timeline that seems to make sense to me incase anyone disagrees and has any insights:

Day 1 - Early morning, Rogers meets Sam Wilson in Washington. Garrett stages Deathlok attack on safehouse in Sydney. Meeting called of level 8 to formulate plan of attack on Clairvoyant. Sitwell ordered to the Lemurian Star. In the night, perhaps early hours of morning, Cap, Widow etc liberate the LS in the Indian Ocean.

Day 2 - Fury introduces Cap to Insight. Assassination attempt on Fury. Further preparatory stuff on the Bus, the team jets off to their assigned locations (one being in the UK, others in the US, meaning it'd take a while to meet back again and the operation would be an impressive logistical undertaking to pull of simultaneously). Night; Fury warns Cap, fakes his death.

Day 3 - Morning, Blake is injured by Deathlok in the failed move on the Clairvoyant. Cap becomes fugitive of SHIELD, escapes with Widow towards abandoned base in New Jersey. The level 8s meet back at the Hub. Simmons and Triplett stay. Night; Cap/Widow discover Zola and the Hydra conspiracy. Coulson discovers that Blake shot Deathlok with tracers. Aside: The scene where Hand remotely changes the course of the Bus as she suspecs Coulson of being Hydra - look closely at the screen behind her and you'll see a line from the Bus in the Atlantic heading towards Europe, suggesting that the Hub is located somewhere in that continent.

Day 4 - Cap/Widow join Wilson, kidnap Sitwell, are attacked by Winter Soldier, arrested by Hydra/SHIELD, freed by Maria Hill and meet Fury. Coulson and the guys track Deathlok to Florida, Ward shoots Thomas Nash. Cap, Widow, Fury etc discuss their plan to dismantle SHIELD/Hydra. Night; Heading to Washington to hand over Ward, May discovered as mole to Fury, Hand manages to hold off Hydra infiltration of the Hub and goes on a ruthless purge, re-routes the Bus to the Hub (journey back over atlantic overnight), Hydra signal goes out early morning shortly before Insight launch.

Day 5 - Cap speech at the Triskelion, Pierce brings forward Helicarrier launch, Hydra stage hostile takeover. The Academy is also hit.

Rest of the final act of CA:WS and Turn Turn Turn presumably takes place roughly simultaneously but I haven't edited them together as it'd totally ruin pacing.

A possible error I found in AoS: After Ward has shot Nash, May tells Coulson she received a message that Fury is waiting for him at the Triskelion. I can only assume that this is a ruse by Pierce/Hydra to lure in SHIELD-loyal leadership.

Other than that I can't think of any problems.
