As rigger: Becoming less nervous

Post Body

Hi

I'm relatively inexperienced with rigging (have done it maybe10 times over the span of several years) and I get very nervous when doing it. This causes hasty movement and low quality knots but more importantly it projects onto my partners who then can't properly relax and fall into the experience.

I don't know what causes that nervousness. It might be anxiety of fucking up tension and have everything become loose. Or maybe the mental load of having to remember the knots (usually I do a quick refresher before a session).

Is there any tips you can give me? Or is it just a matter of routine and experience?
