Tie/Harness to keep a buttplug in?

Hi y'all I (M) would like to be able to keep my smaller plugs in my ass longer while I stretch and having a harness would be amazing help. Ive tried a self tie but nothing seems to work right or look good. Any advice would be appreciated!
