Hi, I’m incredibly interested in learning. I found a class that’s coming up. But I’m not sure what I should wear.. I was reading on google that I should wear loose fitting clothes.
Like sweat pants and sweatshirt? What would you wear?
My second question is would it be better practicing on someone else, or practicing on myself?
