sherwin to ppg

I am moving to Florida in august and currently work at sherwin in the Midwest. sherwin in the area i am moving to is on a hiring freeze so i applied to a ppg manager position and got the interview.
I would love some insight on what i should expect or should i try to stick it out with sherwin. my district is dog shit and i was hoping to stay with them in a new district but yk "hiring freeze".
any advice or insight would be great
