Sunday morning sports in Sheffield

So they've just changed my shift patterns round at work so that I get Sundays off every week. I'm interested in taking up a new sport, so I was wondering if any of you are involved in any sort of clubs? Preferably something pretty physically taxing like martial arts.
I used to play basketball, american football and a bit of football competitively and I am in reasonably good shape (I was one of the rebel runners last Sunday!).
Near S10 would be ideal but not a necessity.
