Having taken my first two tram journeys today for over 2 years I have been left questioning why I have charged an extra 10p each time when using contactless as a separate transaction labelled Sheffield futures. Having googled it I have found out it is a charity but surely should be asked if you want to make a donation as some people may not be able to afford it. 10p makes no difference to me but I know some people budget down to the penny and a surprise expense like that could cause a great deal of stress and anxiety. Does any one know why the extra transaction has automatically been put on
