I have signed up to run the Sheffield half marathon. Anybody know of any Sheffield based charities?

Thing is there has never been a charity that has left a particular mark on my life. Macmillan helped out my Grandad a bit, let him drink Guinness whenever he wanted even though it's certainly not the best choice for a cancerous being. Though he died when I was six so I barely got to know the bloke.
Can anybody recommend anything local that I can do some research on?
