My wife and I often drive to visit her parents over the weekend - they live a good 4 hour away. On our trip, we always stop a the nearest Sheets (it's about 1 1/2 hours away). The last couple of times we went, they had a harvest spice cookie (it was the sheetz brand) and my wife absolutely fell in love with it. Her birthday is coming up and I'd love to be able to make her some (there's no way I can make an 3 hour round trip to get these things without taking off work and I'm out of vacation) but I have no idea what's in them, nor can I seem to locate an ingredient list. Can anyone help me out? Maybe grab a photo of the ingredient list? I'd really appreciate it.
