Piercing Policy
Post Body

Is there anyone else that find policy is dumb? While working I only have one set of piercings in. Those being my ears and they are in fact stretched. 1.5 inches roughly. Company policy says they can't be bigger than a dime. I find this very dumb and not smart as anyone knows stretched lobes without jewelry honestly look gross. I have team members with multiple piercings in their face yet thats not allowed thing. If I were to want to challenge a policy how would I go about it(if anyone knows). This policy is unneeded and tbh causes some health concerns to people with stretched lobes. Thanks for anyone who replies time.
