Help with a time based if/then formula

I am currently working in Google sheets and I have a row of dates and times when users sign up to our platform (ie: November 8 at 9:11PM). One week after signing up we will send them a follow up email. What I would like to have in my Google sheet is a column that tells me if one week has elapsed – if it has not the cell will read "Not Sent" if it has then the cell will read "sent". I came up with the formula below but its not working. Any tips?
=LOOKUP(DATEDIF(C2,TODAY(),”d”),{0,7},{“Not Sent”,”Sent”})
