I am testing out a workbook where one sheet stores bakers % recipes (that is to say - a recipe name, and then each ingredient is in a %). In the next sheet, a user can select the recipe, enter the amount they want to make, and then hopefully have all of the ingredients calculated out.
If you look at the example sheet, I have hardcoded in what would happen on the Cook sheet if the user selected Reccipe 1 from the drop down and entered 500 in the Amount cell.
I cannot get the query to pull the right row from recipes into cook and then insert the value into every other column. Is query what i want to be using here? Col A & B are the only two inputs on the Cooks sheet - everything else should be calculated based off those two variables.
