Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me with a process I want to achieve in sheets. I don't really know all that much so I'm not sure if this is possible.
I run a private education referral company. We help people to access government funding to get qualifications. To do this we use a google form, this records all of our data that we then use to point them in the right direction for funding. Because this is government funding, there are specific entry requirements.
The google form data automatically feeds into google sheets. What I want to know, is it possible to set up an automatic email response for people based on the data imported? So if for example row A B C and D all were "Yes" then the person could get an automatic email from us saying they are eligible and this is how to continue. Or if they put "Yes" on ABC and "No" for B they could get an email saying you are not eligible to go on this course. Like an automatic response based on the order of the cells possible Yes/No configuration.
I currently get over 500 responses a day, this is sapping all my day, life, and soul to manually respond to these emails. If I could find a way of automating this process I would save around 4 hours a day. So please, even if it's just pointing me in a direction I can find out it would be greatly appreciated.
