How much weight will my loft safely hold?
Post Body

I have a loft in my shed I want to use as an extra place to sleep when my family is in town.

Loft area consists of 3 ten foot (I think, could be twelve foot) horizontal 2x4โ€™s with a piece of osb board resting on those. One of the 2x4 boards is resting completely on the frame of the shed

Whatโ€™s the maximum amount of weight I can safely have up there?

Do I need to reinforce it for heavier people? If so what do you think is the best way to do that?
