Roof Shingles for home

We are ready to have our roof replaced. Bought a home 1 block from the lake. We live in Texas so have no experience with weather related issues in Sheboygan. Roofer offering 3 quotes. We know we don’t want standard 3 tab. But anyone know the difference between rating 3 or rating 4 for high winds and hail? Are those a concern for the area? The brand I think is IKO? Not sure really. Should we opt for the highest rating or is that overkill for the area,
