Can anyone give me an idea of what this area is like? Near 6th street park? Near North East park/sunrise park area? Beach access? Is that little park on the corner of Evergreen parkway and 6th street heavily used or more quiet? Flooding issues? Waves on the beach? Not concerned about night life. I’m a home body and prefer peace and quiet. Not concerned about employment. I’m retired but would consider opening a business of some kind. Are there food trucks in Sheboygan? I’m thinking I’ll be there in 2-4 years. Are people moving into the area or out of the area? Estimate in rent for a 4 bdrm 3 bath home? Are the schools good in sheboygan? Any other advice from locals is greatly appreciated. Expect some good and bad comments and ALL are appreciated
