Thinking about cancelling
Post Body

Looking for some advice.

I moved to BC 6 months ago and I had a pretty good deal with Shaw at the time, but now all the promotions are done and my bill shot WAY up. Like... 3.5x what I was paying before. I can't afford to keep that going obviously.

I already paid the high bill and my billing cycle ends tomorrow, so I assume I'm going to get another high bill next week. That's kinda my fault for not contacting anyone until now. But who can I talk to about getting the bill down to an affordable level again? I don't mind knocking some service off (i.e., TV) but if they're not able to match Teksavvy's price for internet service I'm just going to go with them instead.

Mostly wondering what I should do and how much notice is needed for cancelling, etc.
