Best double-blade safety razor and shaving cream

Hi everyone, hope you are doing good and well.

I need help finding a good double-blade safety razor and shaving cream. My face gets so irritated by the regular razors such as the Gillette ones (I think they are called multi-blade razors). Plus, good places to find replacements blades too. Also, I need to find a good shaving cream since I heard the can ones are bad. But I think if you have a good shaving cream, you need a good shaving brush too. I forget to mention but are those ice blocks (for post-shave) a good recommendation.
