(M21) I'm getting my body waxed in less than a month and need advice on what to do before and after!

Hi y'all!

For years I've disliked my body hair and have wanted to get it removed, but due to problems with depression and motivation haven't been able to keep up with shaving.

So, I've finally scheduled an appointment to get waxed! Specifically, my legs, arms, stomach, and chest, as well as a bikini wax. My back doesn't really have visible hair, so I figured it was unnecessary.

What I'm wondering is what y'all think someone who is getting waxed for the first time should know or do in advance / after? Thanks!
