Does anyone have any tips on how to get them perfectly straight? I can get them pretty close doing the flat table then pick up and bend method. It always seems like the middle will have a tiny bow in it or something. Like when you think its perfect lay it down flat and push down at different spots along the rod and I'm fairly sure you'll hear a clank or see slight movement. It seems like they need bent so far when straightening but the slightest pressure will knock them off alignment. Never snap them back into the holder on the lid of the box. They'll look like a snake by the time you pry them out.
I was thinking about putting a book on them with some weights but I'm not very confident in that. I also tried bending them way past then back and that didn't work to good either. I'm thinking about trying a table vice but that might change the shape even. Anyway has anyone solved this? I need an error proof idiot proof method.
