Which one for basic kitchen knives?
Post Body

I’ve tried the wet stone. Can’t do it. Don’t care enough to put in the effort for 5 kitchen knives I own; nothing of great value, but not junk either.

I know this is a sub of purists and I hope someone can shed some light on which of these (or something similar) would be the best for the biweekly to monthly sharpening.
