My boy is hurting and I’m not sure what to do..

So we got back from camping in Hersey, Mi about a week ago and my 7 year old pei has rashes and inflamed legs and won’t stop scratching and licking some areas till they bleed.. losing a little fur here and there but not full patches missing, it’s my parents dog and they are older so they don’t know much about it so I came here for help.? (pic is to show his coat style)
