Can I concat the different values of a Sharpoint List Column for each version of that item?

I have a sharepoint list, with a comment column. Currently we just append the column we we want to add to the comments. Since SP keeps versions of List Items, would it be possible to somehow concatenate those comments into a new column so that the orginal comments column would only show the last uspdate? Not sure how to get the data from previous versions. I'm open to using other power platform apps or a "calculated value" to accomplish but I'm not sure what my options would be if any short of having each version of each item recorded somewhere, but if sharepoint already has the data somewhere.... Ideas?
