Need help finding/deleting an app in Sharepoint Online

Hello, our Company has SharePoint Online in use and last year an admin (who left us) tested an app for digital signatures (Skribble). Since then it seems an app was installed because the context menus show a shortcut see here (just ignore the german texts)
However, we cannot find this app anywhere .. in admin center there is no installed app shown, where could we find how to deinstall it? What are typical places to look for it
