Where is the waters edge between SharePoint Admin/Powe User and Developer?

I can build out and configure SharePoint Farms (Windows, IIS, SQL, Forefroint, AD, networking, etc), identify 3rd party add-ons, tools, and web parts, created data-driven InfoPath forms deploy them as a solution, use CAML, XSL(T), Javascript, CSS and the COM in conjunction with CQWP and DVWP and a number of other things. I do not, currently, know C# though but have created simple web parts using VS. What does this make people like me? Well-rounded?

EDIT added more specifics about building SharePoint farms and last sentence.
